It is the last exercise group session this Tuesday at 6pm. Well done to everyone showing up! I've been really impressed with the consistency and enthusiasm everyone has shown each session. We've covered a lot over the last three sessions. More than I planned for - everyone has picked it up super fast!

If you have any requests for the last session you can reply to this post or email me at [email protected] so I can include it in the plan. Any feedback to me or Matthew (Sas) is also welcome.

This Tuesday will be the first session I haven't done without a calf injury holding me back so I'm looking forward to joining you for a more demanding session. I'm planning to introduce you to my favourite friend Tabata training, and get some one-on-one time with each of you to work on whatever you need/want.

If you have your own wraps/gloves remember to bring them.
