We're half way through June already and that brings some exciting news... the next session of Cooking Club is right around the corner!!
If your looking to meet new people who share a passion for a nutrient-dense, plant-based lifestyle, come and join us on Tuesday the 7th of July in the kitchen at the Seventh-Day Adventist church on Wicklow Street.

Our first Cooking Club was awesome!
This month Sam demoed lots of ways to have a healthy, nutrient rich, breakfast to fill our bodies fuel tanks at the start of the day, then we all got to play at making some peach and walnut wraps.
Each session was just as good as the other but I didn’t get many photos or videos 🤦‍♀️ I’ll have to do better next time 🤔 or you could come along and see for yourself 😉 it’s always more fun in real life!

Just a reminder, our very first session of our monthly cooking club begins tomorrow and we are super excited about it!

You can expect fun, interactive & hands on learning. Plus I'm sure there'll be some yummy things to try. Sam has been playing tonight and the kitchen sure smells yummy!
