Need help with wound dressing?

Our team can support you with regular dressing changes for chronic wounds, cuts, grazes, or minor accidents — no appointment needed, just walk in.

One of our regular clients recently told us he has found this service extremely helpful, especially when the wound isn’t urgent enough for a doctor’s visit but still needs proper care.

We understand that some members of our community were concerned about the privacy issue involving our website. We completely understand why people would feel worried, and we want to reassure you that we have personally contacted those affected and taken immediate action to resolve the issue.

The website has now been updated and secured. Messages submitted through our website are no longer stored or retained by the website itself. You can continue to use our website and online forms as normal.

As many of you will have seen, media coverage has understandably focused on the error that occurred. We are genuinely sorry for any concern, inconvenience, or confusion this may have caused. We also recognise that some people may have connected this incident to a cyber attack, when in fact this was a website system error that has since been identified and corrected.

As a pharmacist and pharmacy owner, the trust our community places in us is something I take very seriously. Patient privacy, safety, and care are responsibilities that I hold personally, and I am committed to doing everything within my ability to ensure our customers feel safe and supported.

While we have been working through this incident, our team has also continued providing the healthcare services our community relies on every day. I am incredibly proud of how our staff have remained focused on caring for patients while helping us navigate this situation.
