Because the world sure needs you! 🥰
The more light workers the lighter this world will be!! And gosh do we need this right now.

I love that I can send Reiki or energy to anyone who needs it, anywhere in the world.
I love being able to energetically clear a place, person or space.
I love working with past lifetimes and clearing karmic ties to create more freedom and balance in people lives.
I love becoming more light in my vessel, shedding the old outdated energy & attracting more expansion to me.
This all started with learning Reiki 9years ago!

I forgot how much I love working with that good old subconscious mind of ours!!
You know...... Conditioning, beliefs, ego mind, the unconscious....

My weeks are usually full of energy work and colour lately, but this week I helped someone release and reset the belief of “I’m not good enough.” 🎉😍 HOW GOOD!

There is something SO empowering when someone feels the release of the old story. The old belief. The thing they didn’t even realise was running in the background. Gone 😌

Because so many of our everyday behaviours and reactions aren't actually “just who we are.”
We’ve learnt them!
Or our nervous system has learnt them as a way to keep us safe!

And this is where it gets interesting…
Someone doesn’t greet you nicely → that really pi**es you off.

Someone doesn’t indicate at the roundabout → WHY ARE PEOPLE LIKE THIS?! 😂

Your partner leaves something out → instant irritation ahh 😖

Someone makes a comment → and you’re still thinking about it three hours later.

Someone doesn't reply how you expected → suddenly your mood has changed. 😨

And sometimes, yes… people are just being annoying. 😅 BUT sometimes the amount of emotion coming up is the clue!

And this is where the “I’m not good enough” belief can get sneaky.

“I need to prove myself.”

“I should be doing more.”

“Why aren't they recognising what I do?”

“I’m not as good as her.”

“I need them to like me.”

“I can't let people think I've failed.”

Do this sound familiar??????

That’s why I love this work! We just need to be aware of what pi**es us off, or what gets the emotion going.... THEN rewire 🙌🧠

I don’t want you to have to walk on eggshells around me.
I don’t want you to have to guess what’s wrong because I refuse to tell you.
I don’t want you chasing me when I’m upset, decoding cryptic messages, or spending hours trying to figure out what you did wrong.

If something is bothering me, I want to be able to tell you.
Ill never threaten to leave just to get a reaction.
And I don’t want to bring up every mistake you’ve ever made just to win an argument.

I want to communicate with you. From my heart.
If I disagree with you, which I will, but ill disagree without disrespecting you.

Ill encourage solitude, with no guilt. To have time with your friends, follow your ambitions and time to yourself.

I can ask for what I need without testing whether you love me.
And when I get it wrong, I’ll apologise.
Because you deserve the same emotional safety that I ask you to provide.

I want to be soft, playful, let down my walls and be my complete unhinged unique self!

We have had a dairy farmer, accountant, diesel mechanic, teacher, sales, hairdresser, massage therapist...people from aaaaaalllllll different walks of life come through our Reiki trainings!!! And every single one has been able to feel, experience and connect with the energy in their own way.

You don’t have to be “spiritual enough.”
You don’t need to have years of experience.
You simply need to be open to experiencing something new. ✨
(I say this becaue I hear the above comments alot)

Reiki Level 1 is where you learn to connect with this beautiful energy for yourself and others and discover that this is a gift you can carry with you anywhere, anytime you need it. 💙
There is something pretty magical about knowing you can pause, place your hands on yourself, family members, pets or friends and connect in and create a moment of energetic support & balance whenever you need it.
