Last month we celebrated our very first village Happy Hour to welcome the residents of our first 12 occupied villas. It was only supposed to be an hour, but between the laughter, connection, and new friendships starting to form, it easily turned into two (but who’s counting? 🤫).

Seeing this photo of everyone gathered in the lounge reminds us of just how quickly our community spirit has blossomed. We can’t wait for many more shared moments ahead!

We’ve loved sharing in the excitement as our first 15 residents picked up their keys and started their next chapter with us over the last few months.

Seeing neighbours meet, friendships begin, and this vibrant community come to life is incredibly rewarding. We’re also excited to share that we expect another 10 villas to be filled by the end of August, and look forward to welcoming many more new residents in the months ahead.
