The patient came to us with an old dental restoration. After only 3 years, gingival recession started to appear, especially in the posterior areas, due to incorrect occlusal contacts. We removed the old work, cleaned everything underneath, and created a new smile that is more natural, more functional, and better adapted for long-term gum health.
