Helping women feel strong, nourished & balanced through nutrition & lifestyle coaching.

The glamorous life of a Pilates instructor.

One day. Completely different bodies. Completely different needs.

A total beginner who’s never touched a Reformer.
An advanced athlete who wants to be pushed.
Someone with herniated lower back discs who needs care and precision.
Someone recovering from surgery who needs patience.
And of course... the one who never listens.

By the end of the day? This is me. Flat on the floor. Empty. But happy.

Because adapting to every single body that walks through my door is exactly what I love about this job.

Tag your favourite Pilates instructor. They’ve earned it.

Science Says:

PCOS no longer exists. It has a new name.

As of May 2026, Polycystic O***y Syndrome (PCOS) has been officially renamed to PMOS — Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome.

Why does this matter?

Because the old name was misleading. Many women diagnosed with PCOS don’t even have ovarian cysts. The name made everyone think it was just a gynaecological issue. It’s not.

It’s a complex condition that affects your hormones, your metabolism, your fertility, your heart health and your mental health. It affects over 170 million women worldwide.

The new name finally reflects what this condition actually is — a whole-body, multisystem disorder. Not just an ovarian problem.

Why should you care even if you don’t have it?

Because someone you love probably does. 1 in 8 women live with this condition. And for decades, they’ve been misdiagnosed, dismissed or told to “just lose weight.”

A better name means better understanding. Better diagnosis. Better care. Less stigma.

And that matters.

The glamorous life of a Pilates instructor.

Teaching? Love it.
Correcting posture? Love it.
Mopping the floor Friday afternoon? Also love it. Kind of. Maybe.

While you’re getting ready for drinks, I’m getting ready for... the mop.😄😄😄

But honestly? There’s something about closing up the studio after the last class Friday . It’s quiet, it’s mine, and yes I talk to the Reformers. Don’t judge me.

Happy Friday. See you Saturday morning at 9.10 Intermediate Reformer ❤️

Tell me in the comments what does YOUR Friday night look like? Be honest.🙏

Lately I’ve been studying movement more deeply than ever. And the more I learn, the more I believe that movement is medicine. Not in a trendy, hashtag kind of way. In a real, life-changing way.

But like any medicine, you need to know how to use it.

This weekend I attended Pilates for Injuries and Pathology, a course by BASI Pilates — one of the most respected names in the Pilates world. And it confirmed something I already felt but now understand on a whole new level.

The goal of movement should always be functionality.

Not how it looks. Not how hard it is. How well it helps your body function in real life.

I was amazed to see how much functional movement can do for you — especially as the years go by. After 40, 50, 60... functionality becomes your most valuable asset. And knowing how to adapt your movement to your injuries, your conditions, your body’s history — that’s what keeps movement as your greatest ally instead of your enemy.

I left this weekend full of knowledge. But also full of humility. Because the more you learn, the more you realise how much more there is to learn.

Grateful for this experience and excited to bring everything back to my clients and my classes.

A 1st of May I won’t forget anytime soon.

New house. Old traditions. The best kind of people.

Our friends just moved into their beautiful new home and opened their doors wide for all of us. And when I say wide — I mean Romanian wide. Mici on the grill, cold drinks, and even napkins and decorations in the colours of Romania.

That kind of hosting where you feel welcome before you even sit down.

There’s something special about keeping your traditions alive in a country that’s not your own. It makes everything feel a little more like home.

Thank you for having us. Your home is already full of love.❤️

Marrakech.

Some places don’t just show you something new. They wake something up inside you.

The colours. The sounds. The smell of freshly squeezed pomegranate on every corner. Hands preparing food with love, the way it was always meant to be. Strangers smiling at you like you belong.

Simple food. Real people. No rush.

Some days the reformer is my therapy.

No overthinking. No rushing. Just breath, movement and the quiet reminder that my body knows what it needs.

This is why I love Pilates, it asks you to slow down and actually listen.

If you’ve been meaning to try it… the reformer is waiting for you.
