Coming back to where it all began. ✨

It was an honour for our Orthopaedic Surgeon, Dr Soong Junwei .soongjw , to be invited back to his alma mater, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, last Thursday to share his personal journey with the students.

From student to surgeon, Dr Soong reflected on the experiences, challenges and lessons that have shaped his career in healthcare, encouraging students to pursue their aspirations with curiosity, resilience and purpose.

It was a meaningful and engaging session, with thoughtful conversations and the opportunity to connect with the students. Thank you to Ngee Ann Polytechnic for the invitation—we're glad to have been part of this inspiring event!

A heartfelt thank you to Singapore Insurance Brokers' Association (SIBA) for organising a visit to the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) last Thursday.

It was our pleasure to share with SIBA members about SingHealth's comprehensive healthcare services and our multidisciplinary approach to managing complex medical conditions.

The visit also featured an engaging networking session with our specialists – Clin Assoc Prof Reuben Soh , Clin Assoc Prof Andrew Ong, Dr Eric Liu and Dr Lee Han Jie – where members had the opportunity to exchange insights and discuss patient care.

The afternoon concluded with a guided tour of NCCS, including a visit to the Goh Cheng Liang Proton Therapy Centre, offering a closer look at one of Singapore's advanced cancer treatment facilities.

Thank you once again to SIBA and all participants for the meaningful conversations. We look forward to strengthening our partnership and continuing to improve access to quality healthcare together.
