Established in 1986 by the late Reverend Lee Huai Kwang, All Saints Home is a Social Service Agency and an Institution of a Public Character (UEN: S87SS0068F) that provide

s intermediate to long-term care services to individuals from all walks of life. We are anchored in our mission to provide quality care, bring joy and comfort, and honour the dignity of residents and clients in a caring Christian environment. Since our humble beginning as a 30-bed nursing home in the ancillary hall of All Saints Memorial Chapel at Poh Huat Road, All Saints Home currently operates a total of four nursing homes and three senior care centres, the latter being known as the All Saints Silver Lifestyle Clubs. Located strategically around Singapore, they provide a safe and conducive environment for individuals to receive quality and dedicated care.

Seniors from our Active Ageing Centre @ Yishun Fern Grove recently came together to celebrate the Dumpling Festival! 🥟✨

The celebration featured a sharing on the festival’s history and traditions, followed by a fun art and craft activity before everyone enjoyed delicious dumplings together.

A heartfelt thank you to Ms Lim Ai Hoa, Chairperson of Zhi Zhe Charity Association, for generously sponsoring the dumplings and making this celebration extra special for our seniors.

Through shared traditions, meaningful activities, and good food, our seniors enjoyed a day filled with joy, connection, and community. ❤️

Thank you to Jurong-Clementi-Bukit Batok Town Council for the invitation to witness the launch of this senior-friendly fitness corner in our neighbourhood.

We were pleased to join Minister Grace Fu and JurongHealth Campus in celebrating this meaningful initiative that supports active ageing and healthy living for seniors in the community. We look forward to seeing residents benefit from this accessible wellness space right at their doorstep. 💪🌿

A big thank you to the team of teachers from Small Wonder Singapore for spending a meaningful time with our residents at All Saints Home (Jurong East)!

Through a series of engaging games, heartfelt conversations, and hands-on craft activities such as origami-making and creating scented sachets, the teachers brought joy, laughter and companionship to our residents. Their warmth and enthusiasm created meaningful connections and made the day especially memorable for everyone involved.

As educators who shape young minds every day, their acts of kindness and service set a powerful example for the children under their care, helping to nurture values of compassion, empathy and community spirit from a young age.

We are once again deeply grateful to Pei Hwa Foundation for their generous and continued blessing to All Saints Home! Celebrating its 36th Anniversary Charity Day, Pei Hwa Foundation continues to uplift vulnerable members of the community through its support for education, social welfare, and community care initiatives.

Our CEO, Mr Samuel Tan, had the privilege of representing All Saints Home at the Charity Day and receiving the donation cheque.

Our residents from All Saints Home (Jurong East) enjoyed a joyful afternoon with students from Crest Secondary School as part of the school's Values in Action programme.

From arcade-style basketball shooting and air hockey to billiards, darts, table soccer and table tennis, both our residents and the students turned the atmosphere into a lively playground of laughter, cheers and friendly rivalry.

A special shoutout to the thoughtful students who personally wheeled our residents to and from the school, making the experience all the more meaningful. Moments like these remind us that connections across generations can be formed in the simplest — and most entertaining — ways. 💛

Retail therapy for nursing home residents? Why not! 🛒😋

Our residents from All Saints Home (Hougang) recently headed out for a delightful day of good food, good company, and a little grocery aisle adventure. From enjoying local hawker favourites to browsing supermarket shelves for their favourite snacks and necessities, the outing was filled with smiles, laughter, and happy tummies all around.

Shopping therapy outings like these are regularly organised across our four nursing homes as part of our person-centred care approach. Beyond recreation, these outings empower residents with the autonomy to make choices, stay connected with the community, and continue enjoying familiar everyday experiences that bring comfort and meaning.

Sometimes, the simplest joys make for the best days out — sharing a hearty meal, picking out favourite snacks, and soaking in the bustle of everyday life together.

⚽ Goal-scoring moments, laughter-filled passes, and a little bit of “football fever"!

Our residents from All Saints Home (Tampines) recently welcomed the footballers from Temasek Junior College for an energetic and heartwarming VIA session that proved football truly is a game for all ages.

The students kicked things off with a modified interactive football game alongside our residents — complete with cheerful teamwork, playful banter, and some surprisingly impressive footwork from our residents! 👀⚽️

And just when the excitement could not get any higher, the students treated everyone to a friendly match among themselves. Safe to say, the competitive spirit was alive and well… especially with World Cup fever in the air this year! 🌍🏆

Beyond the goals and games, what truly stood out were the meaningful conversations, shared laughter, and genuine connections formed across generations. Moments like these remind us that intergenerational activities do more than bring people together — they bridge ages, foster understanding, and create memories that warm the heart long after the final whistle. ❤️
