Founded in 1976, Home Nursing Foundation (HNF) is one of the largest and most established home nursing and healthcare service providers in Singapore. It is also the only provider that operates islandwide in Singapore. HNF delivers comprehensive care programmes that are dedicated to our patients, regardless of their income level. The HNF-PCF Sparkle Care Active Ageing Centres are officially open!
 
A big thank you to our distinguished Guests of Honour, Minister Masagos Zulkifli , Mdm Halimah Yacob , Dr Janil Puthucheary , Partners: Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) / Pathlight School, GSK, VitaHealth Singapore, Commonwealth Concepts, Swissbake Singapore, Singapore Sidecars, AIC Singapore, Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore and everyone who joined us to make this launch possible! 💜
 
The launch brought together seniors, partners and the community for a morning filled with music, dance, heritage flavours and plenty of smiles. From a lively line dance to a Malay dance performance by our seniors and a taste of Singapore’s heritage through pandan, ginger, turmeric and curry leaf, it was a celebration of community and connection.
 
Together with PCF Sparkle Care , we look forward to creating more opportunities for seniors in Tampines to stay active, build connections and age with joy.

For patients like Mdm Seah, Nurse Shafurah provides more than medical care, she offers reassurance, continuity, and support that enables patients to receive quality care in the comfort of home.
