Healthy eating isn't about avoiding restaurants or never having your favorite meal again. It's about learning how to make better choices wherever you are.

Here are 5 simple rules that can help you stay on track while still enjoying the experience:

✅ Start with water, not bread
✅ Choose grilled, baked, or steamed foods
✅ Ask for sauces and dressings on the side
✅ Fill half your plate with vegetables
✅ Let go of the guilt

The most important rule? Number 5. 💙

One restaurant meal will NOT ruin your progress. The stress, guilt, and "I'll start over Monday" mindset can do far more damage than the meal itself.
