In Healing Happens Here workshop, participants will engage in a reflection technique focused on their personal triumphs and the effort to achieve them. The reflection will provide the source of a set of affirmations based on their lived experience. These affirmations will provide the encouragement and motivation they can use when facing challenges or trying to change unhealthy behaviors.

🌿✨ Recovery & Renewal Gathering is Almost Here! ✨🌿

The countdown is on for our Recovery & Renewal Gathering on October 23rd!

We’re excited to introduce one of our incredible facilitators, Ruth Riley, who will be offering Acudetox, a gentle five-point ear acupuncture protocol that supports healing and recovery.

Acudetox is a group-based wellness practice that may help reduce cravings, withdrawal symptoms, anxiety, insomnia, and stress while promoting balance and relaxation. Participants will be invited into a quiet, restorative space where the healing process unfolds with minimal interaction and intentional presence.
