Poor posture in the gym = poor results outside of it. 👀

Squats and deadlifts both matter — but depending on your posture, one may help you more than the other. Training smarter means fixing the root cause, not just lifting heavier. 🔥

🔥 What’s Not to Love About Kettlebells? 🔥

Kettlebells are one of the most versatile tools in the gym, helping you build strength, power, endurance, and mobility—all with a single piece of equipment.

Glute Bridge — Form, Fixes & Benefits 🍑

Proper Form
• Feet flat, hip-width — heels close enough to drive through
• Core braced, ribs down — avoid arching your back
• Drive through heels — lift hips and squeeze glutes at the top

Common Mistakes 🚫
• Overarching at the top — using lower back instead of glutes
• Pushing through toes — shifts tension away from glutes
• Not fully locking out — missing that strong glute squeeze

What It’s Good For 🔥
• Activates and strengthens glutes
• Supports lower back and hip stability
• Improves performance in squats, deadlifts, and daily movement

Slam Balls — Form, Fixes & Benefits 💥

Proper Form
• Start tall — core tight, ball overhead
• Use your whole body — hinge, then explode down
• Slam with intent — catch on the bounce and reset strong

Common Mistakes 🚫
• Using only arms — power should come from hips and core
• Rounding your back — stay braced through the movement
• Half-effort slams — commit to the full explosive motion

What It’s Good For 🔥
• Builds full-body power and conditioning
• Engages core, shoulders, and legs together
• Great for stress relief and energy release
