✨ Welcome to Tech Tuesday! ✨

Each week we’re shining a spotlight on the amazing technicians who make Sonder what it is, and we’re kicking things off with someone special…

Meet Melanie, a.k.a. “Mal Knee”! 👋

Melanie is our Lead Technician and has been part of the Sonder team for over a year! Her dedication, energy, and heart make a difference every single day, and we’re so lucky to have her. 💙

Get to know Mal Knee:
🎓 She’s working toward her dream of becoming a BCBA. Big goals, and we’re cheering her on every step of the way!
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 She’s the proud aunt of 13 nieces and nephews (holiday gift shopping must be wild)
🌮 She LOVES Taco Bell. Live más, Mal Knee!

Drop a 🌮 in the comments to show Melanie some love, and stay tuned next Tuesday for our next featured tech!

When we founded Sonder Center for Neurodevelopment, we did so with a single vision: to create a world where every individual can embrace their unique abilities, overcome adversity, and live a life filled with purpose and joy.

The word 'Sonder' reminds us that every person we meet has a life as vivid and complex as our own. Behind these doors, our team of dedicated professionals is committed to uncovering the hidden panels of each individual's story. Through the art and science of Applied Behavior Analysis, we aren't just teaching new skills; we are creating a world where every unique narrative is valued. We are building pathways to independence by providing tools our clients need to navigate the world on their own terms.

To our current and future families: we are deeply honored to walk this journey alongside you. To our incredible staff: thank you for your passion, your patience, and your unwavering dedication to this team.

Thank you for welcoming us with open arms into the Allendale community. We are so grateful for the opportunity to be the sidekicks in your story.
