Change on Hamilton Change on Hamilton Recovery Center offers safe, respectful, and inclusive programming to individuals on their recovery journeys in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.

Whether you are just beginning your journey or are many years in recovery, you are welcome. About:
Change on Hamilton is operated by volunteers in recovery and managed by professional staff. We offer a safe environment that fosters inclusive and respectful support to individuals seeking assistance in all stages of recovery. We are not a treatment facility but we can assist those in need by referri

ng to treatment and also refer to other community resources as needed. We encourage and guide members to pursue meaningful lives with purpose and meet their self-defined goals at Change on Hamilton. Our hope is that individuals will find inspiration, encouragement, support through lived experience from our volunteers and staff at the center. It takes effort and a dedicated community to support the recovery process. What we offer:
-Twelve Step Support Groups: AA, NA, Al-Anon and more.
-Recovery Oriented Activities: Karaoke, Movie Nights, Holiday Parties, Yoga, Arts & Craft, etc.
-Educational & Life Skills Workshops: Resume Building, Mock Interviews, Job Search, etc.

Change on Hamilton is collecting back-to-school supplies to support local children and families as they prepare for the upcoming school year.

We are currently accepting donations of:

📓 Notebooks
✏️ Pencils & Pens
🖍️ Crayons & Markers

Our Journeys Case Manager, Abby, welcomed new families and community members to Zumba this afternoon! 💃✨

Participants enjoyed an afternoon of movement, laughter, and connection while exploring a fun and energizing way to support their wellness. We are grateful to everyone who joined us and helped create a welcoming space for individuals and families to come together, stay active, and build community. 💚🙌

Thank you to the Change on Hamilton community for joining us for our presentation of Pardon Me, a documentary highlighting the real experiences of individuals who have received pardons in Pennsylvania. A special thanks to the Pardon Project of Lehigh County for their time and efforts to bring this film to our space, and to the Lehigh County Public Defenders Office for their support. ☀️💚

The film sparked meaningful conversations about second chances, hope, and the opportunities that come with a fresh start.
