A Memory Care opening is now available at Northridge Village.

This decision is never easy. Many families carry guilt or feel like they are giving up, but often the opposite is true. Sometimes the most loving thing we can do is ask for support.

Many families later tell us, “We wish we hadn’t waited so long.” With the right care and support, stress can lessen and meaningful moments together can grow again.

There’s something special about friendships that span generations ❤️

For a while now, our residents have partnered with students from the Nevada Community School District through a wonderful pen-pal program filled with letters, stories, laughter, and connection. Recently, some of our residents had the joy of meeting their pen-pals in person and celebrating the friendships they’ve built along the way.

Moments like these remind us that meaningful connections can happen at any age, and that a simple letter can grow into something truly unforgettable. 💌

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

For many of our residents, this day is deeply personal. Behind the stories, smiles, and memories are veterans and military families who not only served our nation, but also lost friends, brothers, sisters, and fellow service members along the way.

Today, we honor those heroes whose sacrifices made our freedoms possible, and we hold close the memories carried by those who knew them personally.

To the heroes who never made it home — your sacrifice is remembered, your courage is honored, and your legacy lives on in the freedoms we enjoy every day. 🇺🇸❤️

Because of their kindness, we now have beautiful raised garden beds, fresh flowers, cozy chair cushions, a charming bird bath, and a shepherd's hook to bring it all together.

The smiles, the stories, and the memories shared while planting together meant the world to us. At Maggie's Place, our residents and their families aren't just part of our community — they're family. 💛

Last week we celebrated Nursing Home Week, and our theme — Moments in Bloom — felt just right. 🌸

Every day at NRV, something beautiful grows from the care, dedication, and joy our amazing team brings to our residents. They are truly the heart and soul of this place, and we are so grateful for every one of them.

We even snuck in a CPR class — because great care never stops! 💪
