✨ CNA Week Celebration ✨

Patched Hat Bar came in for a visit and did not disappoint! 🤠🧢 Our CNAs had the opportunity to design their very own custom hats, choosing patches and styles that fit their personalities and preferences. It was such a fun, creative, and unique way to celebrate the team members who give so much of themselves every day.

Today we celebrated someone who has brought so much joy, laughter, and love to Northridge Village.

As Rose Fowler begins her well-earned retirement, we gathered to share stories, memories, and the countless ways she has touched our lives over the years. There were smiles, plenty of laughter, and more than a few tears as residents, families, and team members reflected on the difference she has made.

Rose didn't just plan activities—she created moments. She built friendships, encouraged connections, lifted spirits, and helped make Northridge Village feel like home. Her kindness, creativity, and genuine care have left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

While we will miss seeing her bright smile and endless energy each day, we are incredibly grateful for the memories she helped create and the lives she enriched along the way.

Please join us in wishing Rose a retirement filled with happiness, adventure, and all the joy she has given to others throughout the years. ❤️

Thank you, Rose. You will be deeply missed, fondly remembered, and forever a part of the Northridge Village family.

Yesterday we had a blast at The Cellar Winery for their Senior Skip Day. Our Maggie’s Place, and a few Independent and Assisted Living residents made the trek to enjoy amazing mock-and-cocktails and live music from Jesse & The Medicine Men.

A Memory Care opening is now available at Northridge Village.

This decision is never easy. Many families carry guilt or feel like they are giving up, but often the opposite is true. Sometimes the most loving thing we can do is ask for support.

Many families later tell us, “We wish we hadn’t waited so long.” With the right care and support, stress can lessen and meaningful moments together can grow again.

There’s something special about friendships that span generations ❤️

For a while now, our residents have partnered with students from the Nevada Community School District through a wonderful pen-pal program filled with letters, stories, laughter, and connection. Recently, some of our residents had the joy of meeting their pen-pals in person and celebrating the friendships they’ve built along the way.

Moments like these remind us that meaningful connections can happen at any age, and that a simple letter can grow into something truly unforgettable. 💌
