Encore Rehabilitation, our leaders combine advanced clinical training, industrial rehabilitation expertise, and functional recovery experience to help patients return to work safely and efficiently.

Meet Justin Hargett, PT, DPT, Regional Director of Operations for Encore Rehabilitation North Alabama/Northwest Alabama. Justin has been with Encore for 12 years, serving as Clinical Director at multiple clinics across the region while helping lead operations and clinical excellence across Encore’s Industrial Rehab programs.

Justin holds certifications in post-offer employment testing and ergonomics through WorkSteps and Atlas Ergonomics. He is trained in McKenzie lumbar and cervical spine techniques as well as being certified in dry needling. He brings a strong foundation in manual therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, and sports performance training.

He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Alabama State University and his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Auburn University, where he was also a four-year letterman in baseball.

Justin’s work focuses heavily on industrial rehabilitation testing, functional recovery, and sports and orthopedic rehab, ensuring patients receive high-level, evidence-based care individually tailored to successful return-to-work and performance outcomes.

His leadership reflects Encore’s commitment to excellence in Industrial Rehab across every community we serve!

🌟 PATIENT OF THE MONTH SPOTLIGHT: MELODIE WILSON 🌟

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Mrs. Melodie Wilson as our Patient of the Month at Encore Rehabilitation - Andalusia.

Six months ago, Mrs. Wilson came to us facing a massive challenge. After undergoing surgery to remove a tumor behind her knee, nerve involvement left her with severe nerve damage and constant chronic pain. A doctor even told her that she would most likely never walk again.

Mrs. Wilson refused to accept that limitation, and so did we!

Thanks to her incredible determination and the consistent, positive encouragement of her physical therapy team, she is defying the odds. Not only is she improving every single week, but she is WALKING!

"I look forward to my visit every week," Mrs. Wilson says. "I am always pushed to do my best! I wish I could go every day because of the atmosphere of the clinic! They care so much about their patients and I just love it there."

Mrs. Wilson chose Encore because she heard great things and previously trusted us to care for her two sons during their high school sports days.

We are so proud to celebrate Chris Anderson as our Patient of the Month at Encore Rehabilitation - Andalusia!

As a truck driver, Mr. Anderson depends on his strength to stay on the road. After feeling a "pop" in his shoulder while pulling a fifth-wheel release handle, an MRI confirmed a torn labrum. Though he tried rehab first, surgery became necessary to get him back to 100%.

Mr. Anderson returned to Encore for 25 post-surgery visits, followed by four weeks of intensive work conditioning. Through daily improvements and a personalized plan designed to simulate his real-world work environment, Chris is ready to roll again! 🚛💨

At Encore Rehabilitation, our Industrial Rehab program is strengthened by experts who bring advanced clinical skills, industry knowledge, and trusted experience to every case.

Meet Enoch Jones, PT, DPT!
Enoch is a Regional Director with Encore Rehabilitation and a licensed Physical Therapist with extensive experience in industrial rehabilitation, sports and orthopedic rehab, dry needling, and blood flow restriction training. Enoch has been a Physical Therapist with Encore Rehabilitation for 17 years.

Enoch is certified in multiple Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) systems and frequently performs AMA 4th and 6th Edition Impairment Ratings. His background includes FCEs, impairment ratings, workplace and physical demands analysis, post-offer and pre-employment screenings, fit-for-duty evaluations, and agility testing — making him one of Encore’s most versatile evaluators in complex industrial cases.

He has presented at the Encore-Uhler Sports Medicine Symposium and the Alabama Workers' Compensation Organization conferences, taught AMA impairment rating courses, and has been published in the Journal of Acute Care Physical Therapy.

Enoch represents Encore’s commitment to excellence across every community we serve, bringing clinical leadership and specialized expertise to our Industrial Rehab Team!
