A note for our Medicare patients.
Medicare has proposed cuts to reimbursement for some surgeries and many routine in-clinic treatments, beginning in 2027.
Today, many of those services can be done in a single visit. Under the proposal, some patients could need a second appointment for care they get in one trip now. That can mean another copay, another drive, and more time before treatment happens.
That's a real burden for patients who depend on someone else for rides, have limited mobility, care for a family member, or live a long way from the clinic.
We believe patients should keep access to medically appropriate same-day care whenever possible.
