Bit of a Wild West of peptides developing right now. Lot of buzz around peptides. Peptides can be naturally occurring hormones or proteins like insulin and even glp1 meds are technically peptides. But just bc some have a fancy name and shiny branding associated with them doesn’t make them well researched, vetted or safe. I dive into it a little in this post.

Big huntsville Indian wedding weekend! My long time friend who’s a little brother to me and the stunning bride did it right! I had donuts, tons of good food and Indian desserts and sweet drinks like mango lasi. By day three I needed a break to see the weekend thru without (completely) losing sight of my long term goals 😉. Ppl ask me how I do it? How do I look the same? These strategies have helped me! Don’t miss out but balance

There never was and never will be a one diet fits all. It’s about your body and your goals and your busy schedule. We are prescribing less very low calorie and very low carb diets these days. Think sustainability and consistency.
