There never was and never will be a one diet fits all. It’s about your body and your goals and your busy schedule. We are prescribing less very low calorie and very low carb diets these days. Think sustainability and consistency.

One of my favorite operative days are the cTIF days! C stands for concomitant. What’s concomitant? Means two things done at the same time toward one goal. I (the surgeon) do the hernia repair. Dr. Robbins(the GI specialist) does the TIF wrap. TIF is trans oral incisionless fundoplication. Together we improve quality of life and prevent esophageal cancer. Imagine not needing anti acids or PPIs ever again. Imagine eating meals without burning or pain. Come and see us!

I was thrilled for this patient. She had this unsightly long segment on her shin and a small cluster under the knee ever since pregnancy with her last child! She was thrilled to get it taken care of and her legs are feeling better overall!
