My morning power bowl looks like this. Sprouts, nuts, few turkey sausage links and some cherries. Ag1 with water and coconut milk, creatine and vitamin d3k2 to wash it down 💪🏽💪🏽😎

Often asymptomatic, but sometimes hiatal hernias can cause a lot of symptoms. It’s not just that there’s a dilated hole in the diaphragm, but sometimes the stomach will relocate into the chest behind the heart. This can lead to gas bubbles feeling stuck and discomfort. Ever had a burp that won’t come up? Other times things come up too easy! Like burping and fluid comes up with it! Sometimes it can be hard to swallow things. I’ve seen many patients who have had expensive cardiac chest pain work ups that come back normal, only to find out that their stomach is in the wrong ZIP Code! I’m here to relocate the stomach back to its home and alleviate symptoms!

Bit of a Wild West of peptides developing right now. Lot of buzz around peptides. Peptides can be naturally occurring hormones or proteins like insulin and even glp1 meds are technically peptides. But just bc some have a fancy name and shiny branding associated with them doesn’t make them well researched, vetted or safe. I dive into it a little in this post.
