Leg swelling isn't always "just swelling."

While standing for long periods or sitting too much can cause temporary swelling, persistent swelling may be a sign of an underlying condition like lymphedema.

Many people assume these symptoms are just a normal part of aging, standing for long hours, or having a busy lifestyle. But in reality, they can be signs of an underlying vein condition.

What many people don’t realize is that vein disease is often progressive. That means it typically doesn’t improve on its own. Over time, symptoms may become more frequent and more noticeable, potentially leading to larger varicose veins, skin changes, and ongoing discomfort.
