e able to help! The CEC was founded in 1991 by pioneering excision surgeon and endometriosis specialist, Robert B. Albee, Jr., MD, FACOG, ACGE, with the mission to provide dedicated multidisciplinary, gold-standard treatment for the disease to individuals of all ages from around the world. Ours was among the first of the Centers of Expertise implemented anywhere in the world for focused treatment of the disease and related gynepathologies; since our founding, we have led the way in integrated, compassionate care. 🎗️Classrooms and campuses may be empty for a few months, but the impacts of endometriosis on attendance, learning, academic achievement, sports and extracurricular participation, educational opportunities, and more don't disappear just because school is out.
