Rodrigo Mendoza, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA, IBA brings a wealth of experience in ABA, clinical systems development, organizational behavior management, evidence-based service delivery, and community integration.

🌎 We’re so excited to welcome Olga Sirbu, BCBA, LBA, IBA to the GBAS panel! 🌍💙

Olga’s journey in behavior analysis is such a great example of the global connections that make GBAS so special. Since beginning her ABA career in 2017, she has worked across home, school, and center-based settings, supporting children with autism and diverse support needs.

Through Autism Familia and Autism Advance, Olga has also created spaces for education, connection, and conversation around autism and ABA, including Romanian-language events and educational content. She has collaborated with organizations in Moldova and developed a Romanian-language 40-hour IBT training course to help expand access to quality ABA education.

Representing the Republic of Moldova while living and practicing in Texas, Olga brings a perspective that reminds us just how far the field can reach when we connect across countries, cultures, and communities. 🌎

🌎 We’re so excited to welcome Valeria Pascale, Ph.D., IBA® to the GBAS panel! 🌍💙

Valeria brings such a unique and interdisciplinary perspective to behavior analysis, combining ABA, Organizational Behavior Management, clinical neuropsychology, and neuroscience in her work.

Based in Salerno, Italy, she serves as Director of ABA for Disability, where she works to integrate behavior-analytic practice with clinical neuropsychology, neuroscience, and neuroarchitecture. She also serves on the Professional Advisory Board of IBAO representing Italy and is a founding member of the ABAI Special Interest Group on Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice.

What I especially appreciate about bringing professionals like Valeria into this conversation is the way her work connects research with real-world implementation across healthcare, education, disability services, correctional settings, and other human-service organizations. 🌎

🌎 We’re so excited to welcome Mariana Del Rio, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, IBA, to the GBAS panel representing Argentina! 🇦🇷💙

Mariana brings more than 18 years of clinical experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, along with a passion for supporting families and expanding access to quality, evidence-based care.

She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis at Western Michigan University, where her work focuses on the assessment and treatment of severe challenging behavior. She is also the Founder and Director of It Takes a Village Behavior Consulting, a bilingual, telehealth-first practice centered around caregiver-mediated intervention and individualized caregiver training.

One of the things that makes Mariana’s work so meaningful is her commitment to making families active partners in the process. She also provides clinical services, supervision, and professional training internationally, including throughout Argentina, Peru, and Uruguay. 🌎

As a native Spanish speaker, Mariana is passionate about expanding access to quality ABA education and evidence-based autism interventions across Latin America. We’re so grateful to have her bringing that experience and perspective to our global GBAS community!

🌎 We’re so excited to welcome María Fernanda Chang, M.S., IBA, QBA, to the GBAS panel representing Ecuador! 🇪🇨💙

María Fernanda is the CEO & Founder and Clinical Director of Centro Enigma, where she leads clinical services for children and families while supporting professional teams and developing training in ABA, autism, and early intervention.

Her work goes beyond clinical services. Through Fundación Algoritmo, the nonprofit she founded, María Fernanda is helping increase access to specialized services for low-income families and creating connections between clinical practice, family involvement, professional education, and community access. 🌎

She also represents Ecuador with the International Behavior Analysis Organization, contributing to the continued development of behavior analysis in her country.

We love seeing professionals like María Fernanda using their knowledge and experience to expand access and create meaningful opportunities for individuals and families. Her commitment to effective, compassionate support and promoting autonomy and quality of life makes her a wonderful addition to our GBAS community. 💙
