The talented Unicorn Cove Hula Dancers will be bringing the spirit of the islands to our community on Friday, July 17th at 10:30 AM.

One of the hardest parts of dementia is that families often begin grieving long before their loved one is gone. The changes in memory, personality, and independence can bring feelings of sadness, frustration, guilt, and loss.

If that sounds familiar, know that you're not alone.

For many of our residents, a classic car is more than transportation—it’s a first date, a family road trip, a first paycheck spent on a dream vehicle, or a Sunday afternoon spent in the garage.

This Father’s Day season, we're inviting families and community members to join us for an afternoon of nostalgia, conversation, and beautiful automobiles. The Twisted Steel Car Club will be showcasing a variety of classic vehicles sure to spark memories and smiles.

Good evening family and friends!

What a busy few weeks we’ve had here at Schooner Memory Care! ☀️

From soaking up the sunshine and spending time outdoors, to gardening, creating delicious snacks, and watching our butterflies grow (we can’t wait for their release in just a couple weeks 🦋), there has been no shortage of smiles and laughter!

We were also happy to welcome back the amazing Andwell Singers for another month of wonderful musical entertainment! This group knows how to get everyone involved, handing out musical instruments to whoever wants to participate! Around here, music always brings us together 🎶❤️

As always, there’s never a dull moment when you’re making memories, sharing laughs, and enjoying life together at Schooner Memory Care!

Now… onto our next adventure 🚗💙 We’re counting down the days until next week’s Father’s Day Car Show! Stay tuned — we can’t wait to share more fun with all of you!
