The other day, we pulled out the parachute for some good old-fashioned fun! Our residents and family members gathered around, lifting, waving, and laughing together. It was such a joy to see everyone joining in and having a blast!

🐾❤️ We had a paws-itively wonderful day welcoming Love on a Leash to Sierra Ridge Memory Care! Our residents enjoyed spending time with these sweet, well-behaved furry friends, sharing smiles, pets, and lots of love. 🐶🐾

🎃🍂 Getting creative with our tie-dye pumpkins! Our residents had a wonderful time making colorful pumpkins to decorate their apartment doors. A big thank-you to our family member Betty for volunteering her time to help our residents with this fun and easy craft! ❤️ Sometimes the simplest activities bring the biggest smiles. 🎨🍁

🍁 Getting Ready for Fall at Sierra Ridge! 🍂

Today we had some fall fun getting ready for the season! Our residents got creative making beautiful floral fall wreaths to decorate their apartment doors. 🌻🍂

With a little creativity, lots of laughter, and plenty of autumn spirit, we’re officially ready to welcome the season! ❤️🍁

🍕 October is National Pizza Month! 🍕 Our residents rolled up their sleeves, put on their chef hats, and made delicious homemade English muffin pizzas during our weekly cooking class! 🧀🧅🫑🍅🍄‍🟫

From slicing veggies to spreading sauce and sprinkling cheese, everyone had a hand in the fun. It was a hands-on, yummy day filled with teamwork, smiles, and lots of delicious pizza! ❤️🧑🏻‍🍳

We look forward to next week’s class!

🍁 Sierra Ridge was out representing Milestone Retirement Communities at Auburn’s Taste of the Foothills! 🍂🍪

Sylvia and Cristina served 300 guests our chef’s family recipe for the Everything Cookie, along with classic fall favorites like pumpkin and pecan pie. And let’s just say… we were THE table to be at! 🙌 Proud to represent Sierra Ridge, connect with our community, and support the Auburn Senior Center! ❤️
