Supporting the people who spend their lives supporting others. 💚

This Monday, we have the privilege of hosting the incredible team from Keaton’s Child Cancer Alliance for a restorative retreat focused on nervous system regulation, stress reduction, reflection, and sustainable self-care.

Whether you serve children, families, veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, educators, nonprofit teams, or other helping professionals, caring for others every day takes a toll. We believe those who give so much deserve intentional spaces to rest, reconnect, and be cared for, too.

At Insights Family Counseling Services, we offer custom wellness retreats designed to help teams:
🌿 Regulate the nervous system
🌿 Prevent burnout and compassion fatigue
🌿 Build resilience and emotional well-being
🌿 Reconnect with purpose and one another

Thank you, Keaton’s Child Cancer Alliance, for allowing us to walk alongside your team. It is an honor to create a sacred space for those who bring hope and healing to so many families.

✨ Interested in bringing a retreat like this to your organization? We’d love to partner with you. Send us a message or call us at 530-429-7370 to learn more about our custom retreats for helping professionals and nonprofit teams.

What an incredible day! ⛳💙

Our 6th Annual Swing "Fore" A Cause Golf Tournament was a tremendous success, and we are filled with gratitude for everyone who helped make it possible.

To our sponsors, golfers, donors, volunteers, and community supporters—thank you for showing up, giving generously, and helping us raise support for veterans' mental health services. Because of your participation, more individuals and families will have access to the care, hope, and healing they deserve.

We had an amazing time connecting with our community, enjoying a beautiful day on the course, and celebrating a cause that is so close to our hearts.

Facebook wouldn't let us upload all of the photos from the event (and there were so many great ones!), but we wanted to share a glimpse of the fun and gratitude we experienced throughout the day. If you attended, feel free to share your favorite photos and memories in the comments!

Thank you for helping us create sacred spaces for healing, connection, and growth. We couldn't do this work without you.

Until next year! 💙🏌️‍♂️🇺🇸

💙 June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month.

Men face mental health challenges too, yet many suffer in silence.

📊 1 in 10 men experience depression or anxiety, but less than half seek treatment.

📊 Men are nearly 4 times more likely to die by su***de than women.

📊 Many men report feeling pressure to appear strong, self-sufficient, and emotionally resilient, making it harder to reach out when they are struggling.

Mental health challenges can affect anyone—fathers, husbands, brothers, sons, friends, coworkers, and neighbors. Struggling doesn't make someone weak, and asking for help doesn't make someone less of a man.

This month, let's challenge the stigma surrounding men's mental health. Check in on the men in your life. Ask the follow-up question. Make space for honest conversations. Listen without judgment.

And if you're struggling yourself, know that support is available. You don't have to carry everything on your own.

💙 Sometimes the strongest thing a person can do is ask for help.
