From coast to coast, our team showed up at the polls this election. We’re proud of everyone in the Groups community who used their voice. Showing up for our communities is part of who we are, in our groups and at the ballot box.

Last week, a group of our Recovery Support Coordinators from across Indiana came together in Indianapolis to train as Certified Peer Recovery Specialists (CPRS). For a team that usually works together virtually, it was a week to learn side by side, grow their skills to support our members, and enjoy some well-earned time in person. We’re so proud of this group and the care they bring to our members every day. And a big thank you to the rest of our Recovery Support team, who stepped up to care for our Indiana members all week so their teammates could be there. That’s what it looks like to recover together.

Groups is in Washington! 🎉 Our Kennewick doors are officially open, and we’re excited to connect with the Tri-Cities community in person while serving the entire state virtually. Thank you to everyone who came out to our Open House to meet the team, celebrate with us, and gave us such a warm welcome. We can't wait to work together to bring recovery to our tri cities community!

Halloween, Groups style. 🎃

Recovery is serious work, and it can still be fun! Our teams bring the same energy and creativity to a holiday as they bring to care every day, and this year they showed up in costume.

A little joy goes a long way on the road to recovery. Thanks to everyone who brought it (and the candy). Happy Halloween from all of us at Groups!

Groups is proud to serve communities across Indiana, and our care teams live and work in those same communities. With teammates spread across the state, we split our 2026 Fall Festival into two days: North on 10/6 and South on 10/7. Bringing everyone together in person takes some effort, and it’s always worth it!

This team supports individuals on their recovery journey all across the Hoosier State, so it meant a lot to pour back into them. We built candy corn towers, ran some highly competitive egg races and relays, recognized teammates with awards, and posed with plenty of pumpkins. We also partnered with Overdose Lifeline to assemble Narcan kits for the communities we serve.

We’re grateful for the incredible turnout, and so proud of the people who make up Team Indiana. Thank you Team IN for showing up for our members and for each other! 🧡

Our Member Access Team leaders work remotely, close to the communities they serve, so getting everyone in one room doesn’t happen often, and we're so excited when it does!

They used their recent time together to look back at the milestones they’ve reached and get ready to support their teams through what’s next, including new ways to make it easier for people to start care. When someone is ready to start care, every day counts.

These leaders support the operational, clinical, and medical teams who are there for members around the clock, from first call to first group, and we are so grateful for them! And yes, they made time for some fun together too :)

Team Maine had a great night at the 6th Annual Recovery Softball BBQ in Biddeford! ⚾

AccessDirect Recovery Network’s annual game puts police officers, firefighters, and people in recovery on the same teams, and no one keeps score - because we've all already won! Our team was there with a Groups table full of resources, and it was such a fun evening to be part of.

Thanks to AccessDirect for bringing everyone together. In recovery, everyone’s on the same team!

Team Tennessee came together in Oak Ridge for our 2026 East Tennessee retreat: connecting in person, teaming up on a build challenge, and celebrating the people who show up for members every day.

This group supports our members all across Tennessee, so it’s not often everyone gets to be in one room! We’re grateful for every team member who has chosen to change lives as part of the Groups team. Go Team Tennessee!

Building bridges in Iowa. 🤝

Tonia and Madison spent the day at the Reentry Coalition of Iowa conference, having great conversations and making new connections with people who support folks coming home and starting their recovery.

The day was rounded out by connecting with the Iowa Care Team and our partners at Full Circle for dinner. There’s nothing like connecting in person to strengthen the relationships that help members get the care they need.

Not all heroes wear capes… but Team Tennessee did put on masks for this one. 🦸

By day, Team Tennessee shows up for members in communities across the state. At their annual Nashville retreat, they suited up with masks, capes, and their very own superhero alter egos.

The team took on a build challenge, thought on their feet (basically their superpower), and cheered each other on the whole way. Every hero needs a team. Thank you for showing up for each other and every member we serve.
