Most of us try to change our thoughts by thinking harder.

But your brain doesn't work in isolation.

Movement changes chemistry.
Chemistry changes state.
State changes perspective.

A short walk.
Ten push-ups.
Stretching for two minutes.
Three deep breaths.

None of these solve your problems.

But they can change the state from which you face them.

Your next helpful thought might be one movement away.

Move a muscle. Change a thought.

What movement helps reset your mind?

Calm Body. Clear Mind. Strong Life.
