At a recent meetup, Clavicular told me one of his biggest objections to an animal-based diet:
“It’s out of touch and ridiculously expensive.”
But here’s what doesn’t make sense to me…
Many people will spend hundreds, sometimes even THOUSANDS of dollars on peptides, supplements, labs, protocols, and biohacking tools…
….before they are willing to prioritize the foods that actually build a healthy human body.
Meat. Organs. Eggs. Raw dairy. Fruit. Honey.
These are NOT luxury items.
These are foundational foods.
And no, you don’t need the most expensive version of every single one to get healthier.
If you can’t grass-fed beef or pasture-raised eggs- that’s fine. Get the ones that make sense for your budget.
The point is not perfection. It’s prioritizing the right foods over quick fixes.
Long term health is built on nutrient-dense foods, sunlight, sleep, movement, and removing the processed foods that are destroying your body in the first place.
Peptides may have a place, but they are not the foundation. Animal foods are.
Start there and watch how your health transforms.
