After a 334-day journey in the NICU, our sweet patient Jett has officially returned home. This huge achievement is a beautiful testament to the power of his tiny yet mighty perseverance. 💪✨

Jett’s journey required the expertise, teamwork, and compassion of specialists across Children’s Health, all working together toward one shared goal: getting Jett home to his family. 💙
