We are local, woman-owned, and have a large and loyal following due to our good vibes and extremely consistent, high-quality massage therapists and acupuncturists. Witnessing ‘the shift’ when clients go from occasionally dropping-in, to incorporating the bathhouse into their daily schedule is something that will always be so meaningful to us.

Of course we love to see clients regularly just because we adore them! But also, how cool is it to watch people you care for as they adapt small habits that impact their lives in such positive ways mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

This work is meaningful and has been practiced for centuries.

Our Signature Botanical Body Scrub is one of our most beloved services. This renewal ritual combines bodywork, the elements, and our in-house blend of salts, herbs, and oils to transport you to another dimension.

Perfect anytime of year, but especially this week as through tomorrow we are offering 15% off of your entire order when you book the bathhouse + a scrub (or massage). The body knows when it’s being listened to. And when it feels heard, it can begin to soften and find its way to relaxation.

Mari has an intuitive way of listening to the body, paying attention to the way it moves, where it holds, and what it seems to be asking for. She follows those cues with curiosity, allowing the work to unfold naturally.

Movement has always been a big part of Mari’s world. She’s a longtime and beloved yoga teacher, and her work with yoga therapy has deepened the way she understands the relationship between movement, breath and the body. That awareness naturally finds its way onto her massage table. 🧘🏻‍♀️🌼

Mari has a beautiful range of bodywork practices to draw from, but it’s the way she listens that brings them together. She weaves her knowledge of Ashiatsu, Thai, Deep Tissue, craniosacral and energy work into something fluid and intuitive, moving between techniques with a sense of ease and responsiveness.

There’s playfulness in it. There’s connection. And there’s a real sense of presence between Mari and the body she’s working with. It’s an approach that feels distinctly Mari Bird.🫧🦋🌀🐚

When she’s not teaching or massaging, Mari is dancing, creating costumes, or hanging out with her pup. 💃
