Summer is here and so is UTI season!

A few simple habits can help lower your risk of urinary tract infections:

-Drink plenty of water
-Don’t hold your urine for long periods
-Change out of wet swimsuits promptly
-Wipe from front to back and Urinate after sexual activity

If you’re experiencing burning, urgency, frequency, or blood in your urine, it’s important to talk with your healthcare provider.
