• Go to www.YourTexasBenefits.com.
• Call toll-free 2-1-1 (or 1-877-541-7905). Staff can help you Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• If you need to visit an office, you can find one near you by either:
o Going to YourTexasBenefits.com. Click on “Find an office” at the top of the page. Pick a language and then pick option 1. If you have a complaint about your benefits case, you can call 2-1-1 or 1-877-541-7905. If you still need help, contact us by either:
• Going to the Office of the Ombudsman’s website http://www.hhsc.state.tx.us/ombudsman/
• Or calling the Office of the Ombudsman at 1-877-787-8999 (toll-free).
