This isn’t about treatment plans, progress notes, or being “on.” It’s about stepping away from the role of caregiver and stepping into joy, connection, movement, laughter, and fun. Because self-care isn’t always bubble baths and candles—it can also look like learning a new dance, grabbing your favorite people, and giving yourself permission to simply enjoy the moment.
