Make your own birth affirmation. 🌱

Words carry power, especially as we prepare our minds and bodies. What are the first 3 words that caught your eye? Use those words to make a birth affirmation and write it down.

Up to 1 in 4 recognized pregnancies end in loss, yet the physical and emotional weight is so often carried in total isolation.

When you are walking through fertility challenges or navigating perinatal grief, it is easy to internalize blame. But the biological reality is clear: over 50% of early losses are due to random chromosomal factors. It is not your fault, and it does not define your future capacity to carry. Over 70% of individuals with a history of loss go on to have successful full-term births.

Grief doesn’t just live in our thoughts; it lives in our nervous systems. When the mind is overwhelmed, trauma-informed movement and somatic grounding offer a path back toward safety, breath, and rebuilding trust with your body.

If you are currently navigating this space, you do not have to carry it alone.

Join us for Yoga Workshop for Fertility & Loss. This class is designed to support conceiving individuals through embodied, gentle movement, whether you are moving through grief, working on letting go of control, or rebuilding body trust.
