Today at RPP, we celebrated National Senior Health & Fitness Day with our “Breakfast & Blooms” event — we even doubled our usual breakfast buffet attendance!
Residents enjoyed a healthy Bistro breakfast before stopping by our DIY Blooms Table to decorate recycled glass bottles and create beautiful farmhouse-style bouquets. The flowers, provided by Libby, the owner of The Modest Florist, a local woman-owned shop in our next-door neighborhood of Hampden, added the perfect touch of color and joy to the rainy morning.
More than just breakfast and flowers, the morning brought nourishment for the body and connection for the soul. Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a special community event!
