The North Carolina Senate has passed HB 328, and the bill is expected to be voted on in the House tomorrow. If you care about the future of legal h**p products in North Carolina, now is the time to contact your House Representative.

If you oppose this bill, please take a few minutes to:
📞 Call your NC House Representative (Link in bio)
📧 Send an email (template ready to go in bio)
🗣️ Ask them to vote NO on HB 328.

A short message is enough:

"I'm a constituent and I'm asking you to vote NO on HB 328. Please support reasonable regulation of h**p products rather than legislation that would ban access for thousands of adults and impact North Carolina small businesses."
