Hi friends. Just a reminder that I will be speaking here tonight at 7 PM central. If you go out onto the website and you look at the upcoming speakers, please note that the time shown is in eastern time not central. What that means is, we are an hour behind here in Texas. Have a blessed Saturday!

Metacognition. This is what meditators develop and it is how the human race advances from a low energy state of reaction to a higher energy state of reflection before action. Going into meditation is one of the greatest ways to develop the skill. # meditation https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1H9kqSgs7U/?mibextid=wwXIfr

Hi friends. I am excited to share that I will be presenting on Saturday June 6, at 7 PM Central time at the Spiritual Awakenings International Conference 2026-Online. I will be talking about how life stays the same but also changes once we go through spiritual awakenings. “Before enlightenment, chop wood, carry water/after enlightenment, chop wood, carry water.” This two-day conference features many wonderful speakers covering topics that relate to spirituality and near death experiences! I invite you to join me and any other speakers that catch your interest on June 6 or 7. Register at www.SpiritualConference.org
(It’s Free, but your donations make this event accessible for all.)
