Proudly serving the residents of Genesee, Livingston, Orleans and Wyoming counties since 1902. Rochester Regional's United Memorial serves residents of Genesee County and surrounding rural communities. The 131-bed hospital in Batavia features a new, state-of-art surgical department, a wound care center, a telemedicine program for intensive care, a Joint Replacement Center of Excellence, two urgent

care centers and a number of primary and specialty physician offices. United Memorial is a NICHE hospital and a New York State-designated Stroke Center. United Memorial is the sole Maternity services provider for Genesee and Orleans Counties. We manage the New York State Cancer Services Partnership Grant for Orleans and Genesee Counties and provide Orthopaedic services in Genesee, Orleans and Wyoming Counties.

Our community came together for our annual Memorial Day ceremony, a meaningful tradition that reminds us of the courage, sacrifice, and commitment that protect the freedoms we hold dear.

We're honored to share that our UMMC Wound Care Center has earned three prestigious national awards from Healogics:

🏅 President's Circle Award (3rd year in a row!)
🏅 Center of Distinction Award (10 consecutive years!)
🏅 Clinical Excellence Award (4th straight year!)

Out of more than 600 wound care centers nationwide, UMMC is one of just 35 centers in the country to receive the President's Circle distinction, and the only center in New York State to earn this recognition.

These awards reflect the exceptional dedication, expertise, and compassionate care our wound care team brings to every patient, every day.
