The 131-bed hospital in Batavia features a new, state-of-art surgical department, a wound care center, a telemedicine program for intensive care, a Joint Replacement Center of Excellence, two urgent

care centers and a number of primary and specialty physician offices. United Memorial is a NICHE hospital and a New York State-designated Stroke Center. United Memorial is the sole Maternity services provider for Genesee and Orleans Counties. We manage the New York State Cancer Services Partnership Grant for Orleans and Genesee Counties and provide Orthopaedic services in Genesee, Orleans and Wyoming Counties.

What an incredible morning celebrating our volunteers! 🎉

Last Thursday, we gathered for our annual UMMC Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast to honor the amazing individuals who give their time, energy, and compassion to support our patients, families, and team members.

A special spotlight goes to Annette, President of the St. Jerome Guild, who reached an incredible milestone: 20,000 hours of service! 🌟

From volunteers just beginning their journey to those who've dedicated thousands of hours over the years, each and every one of you makes a difference that can't be measured in time alone.
