📍 Keuka Family Practice
We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team!
🕒 Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM
✔ No weekends
✔ Major holidays off
✔ Some flexibility required (early start or staying past 5 PM as needed)
💼 Responsibilities Include:
• Greeting and preparing patients for providers
• Taking vital signs and medical histories
• Assisting providers with patient care
• Accurate EMR data entry
• Performing EKGs, venipuncture, and immunizations
• Conducting diabetic eye exams
• Managing patient messages and returning calls
• Participating in daily huddles and team meetings
• Maintaining HIPAA and OSHA standards
✅ Qualifications:
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Medent experience is a plus
• Experience with prior authorizations preferred
