Our September Employee of the Month for Admin & Hospitality is 🥁🥁🥁...

Since joining us as our Housekeeping Manager in June 2026, Stephanie has brought so much positive energy, warmth, and dedication to Sheffield Bay. When asked about her favorite part of the job, she shared:

"Learning about their life stories while I clean. It also makes me happy when I do something to help them out—it just makes the day so much brighter!"

Stephanie’s hard work keeps our community sparkling, and her genuine connection with our residents brightens every hallway. Thank you, Stephanie, for your amazing heart, dedication, and service!

Our September Employee of the Month for Resident Care is 🥁🥁🥁....

Catherine has been a valued member of our team for five years now, starting in August 2021! When asked about her favorite part of the job, she shared:

"I love being able to help take care of everyone and being able to make connections. These residents make my day and help bring smiles to all of our faces on rough days."

Her genuine compassion, strong guidance, and ability to build meaningful relationships brighten even the toughest days. Thank you, Catherine, for your leadership, dedication, and the joy you bring to Sheffield Bay!

As part of our National Assisted Living Week celebrations, Sheffield Bay is hosting a Partners in Care Expo on Thursday, September 17th, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM!

This special event is designed to connect our residents, their families, and local community members with valuable healthcare, senior advocacy, and community support resources.

We are excited to have representatives on-site from local hospice agencies, home care providers, and community organizations to answer your questions and share information on available support programs.

📍 Where: Sheffield Bay Assisted Living & Memory Care

📅 When: Thursday, Sept. 17th | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

🎟️ Admission: Free and open to the public!

National Assisted Living Week is just around the corner, and we are excited to invite you to celebrate with us! This year’s national theme is “Shining Through the Years,” and we have a fantastic lineup of special events, games, and activities planned for our residents and their loved ones from September 13th through September 19th.

Whether you drop in for a game of bingo, cheer on the teams during our Saturday tailgate, or join us for live music and our resident talent show, your presence makes these celebrations extra special for our community.
