We have sent out reminder calls, texts, etc. for those patients that are overdue for well visits/preventive encounters. There was a glitch in the system, and it did not include the full name of the practice. We apologize for any inconvenience, if you have received a notification, please call and schedule a well visit at your convenience. Now is the perfect time to schedule to ensure your child has everything needed for back to school!
