There are seasons in life when we’re invited to release what we’ve been carrying—old patterns, expectations, emotions and stories that may no longer belong to who we’re becoming.

Let Go to Let Grow is an immersive sound ceremony to pause, soften and create space for what’s next. Happening 10/4 Sunday in Snoqualmie.

Held by the restorative frequencies of sound and the presence of multiple energy practitioners, we’ll come together to reconnect, release what feels ready to move, and open to greater clarity, peace and possibility.

Because sometimes, growth begins with creating space for what’s already waiting to emerge. 🌱

There’s something powerful about being in the presence of horses. Their grounded energy and quiet sensitivity offer a beautiful kind of support as we slow down, listen inward and reconnect.

A truly unique experience — sound, nature, horses and space to simply be. And surrounded by such a wonderful group of women bringing their openness, vulnerability and depth.

A few reminders from the horses:

Your body is an ancient instrument of knowing. Your intuition is a language of wisdom. Your life is unfolding with its own intelligence.

We loved creating an experience that gave the Hudson Properties Tenant community a meaningful pause in the workday—to slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling a little more grounded through massage, energy balancing, oracle card insight sessions, a sound bath, healthy meal prep, catering and cold-pressed juice samples.

Tara brings a unique blend of creativity, digital expertise, community experience, and a deep passion for wellness and personal growth to T+W.

Her background in digital marketing, content creation, social media, and working alongside wellness-focused businesses gives her a beautiful understanding of both the creative and operational sides of building meaningful communities and experiences.

As our Administrative Assistant, Tara will be supporting the growth of T+W across our events, community and day-to-day operations—helping bring the vision behind what we’re building to life with care, organization, and creativity.

She also brings her own work as a life coach for women and singer/songwriter, with a passion for teaching, inspiring and encouraging others to live more aligned and fulfilled lives.

There’s something really special about the combination of her skills, experiences, and passion for wellness. We believe it will be a powerful force as we continue to grow this soul mission.

If your soul has been craving a little more nature and grounding lately, this experience is for you. We’ll gather beneath the trees where the creek gently flows, surrounded by the peaceful presence of horses at Alchemy’s Touch. As you rest, you’ll be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal alchemy singing bowls, allowing your body to soften and your mind to settle.
