Rebel Fitness Strength - Conditioning - Flexibilty Our Workouts:

The Rebel workout consists of three components, each part tailored to your physical ability.

First is a dynamic warm up that will increase your overall mobility and flexibility. When your heart rate is increased during exercise, 85% of the calories you burn come from fat. An elevated heart rate also helps to improve stamina and increase your energy level throughout the workout. After the warm up is a strength training portion that will keep your heart rate elevated. Strength training make

s you stronger and increases lean muscle gain. Stronger muscles, joints, and bones from strength training are less likely to be injured. The workout ends with conditioning exercises consisting of explosive movements under time intervals (anaerobic exercises). Anaerobic conditioning exercises help to maintain weight loss, burning calories long after the workout is over. In addition, conditioning exercises improve overall cardiovascular and respiratory health. Nutrition:

A healthy lifestyle doesn't end with fitness. Nutrition is essential. In fact, 80% of your body composition is determined by the food you eat. Nutrition consulting at Rebel Fitness is personalized. Nutrition plans are developed based on your lifestyle and your individual goals. Our nutritionist will determine your appropriate caloric range and your optimal macronutrient ratios. Your favorite foods will even be incorporated so you won't feel like you're on a diet! You will not be alone in this either! The staff at Rebel Fitness will be there to support you throughout the nutrition process.

🌟 Members of the Month: Anna N & Alyssa 🌟

This month we’re celebrating two incredible women who show up, put in the work, and embody what our community is all about.

💪 Anna N has been a member since October 2025 and has quickly become a staple of the 5:30 AM crew. Not only does she consistently show up and give her all, but she’s also brought along an entire crew of friends to share in the experience. Anna works hard, lifts heavy, and is always pushing herself to improve. She’s currently participating in our challenge, and we can’t wait to see the results of all the effort she’s putting in. Her dedication and positive energy make her a role model for everyone around her.

💪 Alyssa has been part of the Rebel Fitness family since 2016, and we’ve had the privilege of celebrating some of life’s biggest milestones with her—including a wedding and the arrival of two beautiful babies. Now back in action with baby Jack, just 8.5 months old, cheering her on from class, she’s a proud member of the 8 AM crew. Alyssa is also participating in our current challenge and has already made incredible progress since returning. We can’t wait to see where her hard work takes her next.

Congratulations, Anna and Alyssa! Thank you for bringing your strength, consistency, and positivity to our community every day. We’re proud to have you both as our Members of the Month! ❤️🔥
