1-month update from ’s 23-year-old preservation rhinoplasty and septoplasty patient! The last time you all saw her results she had just finished surgery. She’s healing beautifully and her swelling will continue to decrease over the next couple of months!

A dorsal preservation rhinoplasty removes the nasal hump by lowering the bridge from underneath rather than shaving it off. That way we can preserve the natural structure.

This patient had always been bothered by her hump, but her main goal for the surgery was to breathe better.
