This facial rejuvenation patient of is 71-years-old & only 1-month post-op. He came to us after his wife had an incredible experience with me for her facelift eight years ago!

In all, he had a deep plane facelift and neck lift with an upper and lower blepharoplasty. He also had fat repositioning, facial fat grafting and nano-fat added to his face. We used a the hemostatic net and did a submandibular gland preservation as well.

Recap:
A dorsal preservation rhinoplasty removes the nasal hump by lowering the bridge from underneath rather than shaving it off. That way we can preserve the natural structure and decrease post-surgical swelling in the interim healing period.

Although there still is still swelling, the dorsal hump has been removed, improving the aesthetic element and she can now breathe much better!

A gliding jowl/marionette lift elevates and repositions the subcutaneous tissue on the sides of the mouth, utilizing hemostatic net fixation to soften the marionette lines and improve heaviness around the mouth.

Note: She also had a lot of lip filler, which we were able to successfully dissolve prior to surgery here at .
