The goal is for people to notice you, not your facelift. Here are 3 signs the surgery may have been overdone.

When people hear “en bloc,” they often assume it’s the best or only option. The reality is more nuanced.

An en bloc capsulectomy removes the implant and capsule together in one intact piece. A total capsulectomy removes the entire capsule but not necessarily in one piece. For most patients, a total capsulectomy provides the same end result without requiring an en bloc approach.

A breast lift isn’t just about lifting the breasts—it’s about creating balance and proportion.

For this 53-year-old patient, I performed a bilateral full mastopexy along with liposuction of the pre-axillary breast tissue to create a smoother contour through the chest and underarm area.

These before-and-after photos were taken 3 months after surgery.

Megan from Love Is Blind recently shared that she decided to have her breast implants removed, and stories like hers are becoming more common. Every patient has their own reasons for choosing explant surgery, whether it’s changes in lifestyle, personal preference, or health concerns.

My job isn’t to tell you what you should do. It’s to help you understand your options, answer your questions honestly, and create a plan that’s right for you. If you’ve been considering explant surgery or simply want to learn more, my team and I are here to help.

Facial aging isn’t just about loose skin. Over time, we also lose volume, fat support, and skin quality - especially through the midface, temples, and under-eye area.

A well-performed facelift should do more than tighten. Restoring lost volume is an important part of creating natural, balanced, long-lasting results.

That’s why I often combine facelift surgery with natural fat transfer - using your body’s own fat to softly restore contour, improve skin quality, and rejuvenate the face without looking overfilled or artificial.

The goal is not to change your face. It’s to restore what time has taken away in the most natural way possible.

One of the most common concerns I hear is, “What if I end up too small?”

The reality is, breast reduction isn’t about taking too much, it’s about creating balance. My goal is to help you feel lighter, more comfortable, and proportionate to your body.

Every patient is part of the decision-making process when it comes to size, and we plan that together. What I consistently see after surgery is relief; less weight, less discomfort, and more confidence.

If you’ve been considering a breast reduction but feel unsure, let’s talk through it.

Too many women have sat across from a doctor who told them their symptoms weren’t real. That their implants couldn’t possibly be the cause. That they just needed to manage their anxiety or run more labs.

I’m here to tell you — what you’re feeling is real, and you deserve answers.

Swipe for things I wish every woman knew about Breast Implant Illness before they spent years searching for one.
