Signs You Might Have Low Synovial Fluid 💧🦴

Your joints rely on synovial fluid for smooth, pain-free movement. When lubrication reduces, everyday activities can start feeling uncomfortable.
⚠️ Common signs include:
✔ Joint stiffness, especially in the morning
✔ Cracking or grinding sounds while moving
✔ Reduced flexibility or mobility
✔ Discomfort during exercise or walking
✔ Joints feeling “dry” or tight
✔ Mild swelling or irritation
Staying active, hydrated, and maintaining joint health can help support natural lubrication.

Don’t ignore persistent stiffness or discomfort.

Heel pain while running? It could be plantar fasciitis
Plantar fasciitis happens when the tissue supporting the arch of your foot becomes irritated or strained, often causing sharp pain near the heel — especially during the first steps in the morning or after activity.

🏃‍♀️ Running with ongoing heel pain can worsen discomfort if ignored.
Helpful tips:
✔ Wear supportive footwear
✔ Stretch your calves and feet regularly
✔ Avoid sudden increases in running intensity
✔ Allow your body enough recovery time
Listening to your body early can help prevent long-term foot problems.
