Most people think forward head posture is just a neck issue.
It’s not.
When the head shifts forward, the entire system adapts.
Muscles tighten.
Breathing changes.
Mechanical stress increases.
The nervous system shifts into compensation mode.
And because it happens gradually…
It starts to feel “normal.”
But normal is not always optimal.
The average head weighs 10–12 pounds.
For every inch it moves forward, the load on the neck increases dramatically.
That’s not just cosmetic.
That’s structural stress.
We just published a new blog breaking down:
• What forward head posture actually is
• Why it affects more than your neck
• How it influences breathing and nervous system function
• And why most people never notice it developing
