Today, we celebrate the dads who show up every day with courage, love, and commitment to recovery. Recovery isnā€™t just about changing your own life, itā€™s about creating a healthier future for your children, families, and communities.

To the fathers in recovery: your strength, honesty, and perseverance are powerful examples. Every day you choose healing is a gift to those who love you.

To the dads who are still struggling: know that hope is never out of reach. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness, itā€™s an act of courage. Recovery is possible, and you donā€™t have to walk the journey alone.

And to the families supporting a father through recovery, thank you for your patience, encouragement, and love. Your support can make all the difference.

This week, Rimrock was honored to host students participating in the AHEC MedStart Program!

Throughout the program, Montana high school students had the opportunity to learn about addiction and substance use disorders, explore trauma-informed care principles, and gain a deeper understanding of the work we do every day to support healing and recovery. Students also toured our facilities and learned about the many services and professionals who make recovery possible.

One of the most impactful moments came at the end of the program when members of our Peer Support team, Ryan and Bobby, courageously shared their personal recovery journeys. Their stories offered students a powerful reminder that recovery is possible and highlighted the importance of compassion, understanding, and hope when working with individuals affected by addiction.

Thank you to AHEC MedStart for partnering with us to educate and inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals. We are grateful for the opportunity to share our mission and help students better understand the realities of addiction, recovery, and trauma-informed care.

We had the opportunity to provide addiction awareness, harm reduction, and Narcan training to the Be Well Big Sky Navigators group!

It was a great experience making new connections, answering thoughtful questions, and discussing ways we can all help keep the Big Sky community informed, prepared, and supported. Together, we can reduce stigma, increase awareness, and ensure more people have the knowledge and tools to respond in a crisis.
