I forgot to post our May Rimrocker!! Not intentionally, because this one is special 🥹 Congrats to Faith, who leaves an impression on everyone she meets. ♥️♥️♥️

Faith consistently goes above and beyond in her role. From the moment she arrives each day, she brings reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude that makes a meaningful impact on both clients and staff.

One thing that truly stands out about Faith is the effort she makes to learn clients’ names and address them personally. She also consistently checks in on clients to ensure they are doing well and have what they need. This level of care helps create a welcoming and respectful environment and reflects how deeply she values the individuals we serve.

Faith is dependable and consistently shows up on time, always ready to contribute. She is someone the team can count on to step up when needed—whether that means staying late or offering support wherever it’s most needed. Even during slower moments, she takes initiative and finds productive ways to contribute without being asked.

Her strong work ethic, attentiveness to others, and willingness to help do not go unnoticed. Faith’s dedication and positive presence make our workplace better every day, and she is truly deserving of this recognition.

We want to wish our fearless leader, Jeff Keller, a Happy Birthday!

He handles our shenanigans with ease, never passes up an opportunity with a microphone, he leads with grace, empathy, and compassion. We give him a hard time (and he takes it in stride) but he truly is the spirit of Rimrock.

He has a focus on improving workplace culture, teaching instead of directing, he has a huge heart, and all of that shows in his personal and professional life. We have achieved more growth and inclusiveness under his leadership than ever before and we are honored to celebrate him today!

On Memorial Day, we honor the lives and sacrifices of those who served our country with courage and selflessness.

At Rimrock Foundation, we are reminded that healing, hope, and community are built through service to others. Today, we remember those who gave everything and extend our gratitude to the families and loved ones who carry their legacy forward.

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is ideal for individuals who:
