It's always a joy to see Monark in publications, but when we have one of our very own residents spotlighted as well — IT'S ASTOUNDING NEWS!!

The Dixie Vintage Club will be on the grounds September 17th beginning at 10:30am!!

Not only is GT featured in the paper, but so will his 1966 Mustang in the upcoming car show!! A gracious guy with an even better spirit that lights up the community.

Chair Aerobics with Fox has added an additional day to the week for workouts!! We're so grateful to be rockin' and loosening our muscles.

Today was extra special because not one, but THREE directors took a moment out of their schedules and stopped in to workout!

Charity begins at home and spreads abroad. Our very own Sales & Marketing Director, Tara Bailey stepped out of Monark to hit the pavement.

While at "Celebration 70s Decade" she connected not with just one, but three other centers being Heardmont Senior Center, Hoover Senior Center, and Brookdale.

A community is nothing without collaboration — Senior Living is matters of the heart.

Senior Living is more than a career path. A home is more than brick and mortar. Life comes with twist and turns, so it's imperative we make the most of moments.

Chatting with a resident and they stated how last Friday's Happy Hour made him happy and sad because it was joyous, but reminded him of dance moves he could no longer do. However, as we often say at Monark with breathe still in our lungs there's still life to live, so I reminded him of that fact.

Life is what we make and it's best lived having FUN. As we embark into beautiful September, journey with us today as we observe some of our best moments in August.
