REIKI — THE WAY ✨

Reiki showed me the way through the bu****it.
Even my own. 😂

As I learned Reiki and discovered its many layers, healing possibilities, and beautiful intricacies, I kept hearing my mentor say, “Talk to it. You can ask Reiki to help with anything.”

So I asked🧐: “Show me the light.”

And Reiki has been slowly—and very gently—showing me what ease, forgiveness, self-worth, kindness, and love really feel like.

Reiki is showing me the light. My light. Your light. The light that reminds us we are not separate. We are ONE. ❤️

🕙10 am: ❤️‍🔥Holy Love is a Guided Journey into Divine Love. Divine Love is highly refined & has a higher level of consciousness. It is a feeling of being loved by a kind and wonderful energy. Divine Love knows you intimately. This reiki healing enhances your own ability to love so there are no unhealthy feelings associated with it.
🕑2pm: 🧬Panacea Experience: Cleansing the Background noise and Releasing Fear. The Background frequencies are external energies that do not originate from us but are often mistaken as part of our true identity. This makes it challenging to distinguish what is ours from what has been unconsciously absorbed from the world around us. The first step in returning to ourselves is to release FEAR. Fear binds itself to the false self-making it had to distinguish the true self. This experience begins to loosen the forces that bind fear within us so we may align with our true purpose and nature.

😊Productivity Isn’t Self-Worth☯

This injury taught me something I never expected.
I believed I had to keep producing.
Keep posting.
Keep achieving.
Keep proving my worth.
Then life took away my ability to do.
And I discovered something beautiful.
My worth never disappeared.
Only the story did.

Reiki Didn’t Fix Me

People often ask me if Reiki works.
My answer has changed.
Reiki didn't magically fix my broken ankle.
It did something even more profound.
It helped calm my nervous system.
It softened the fear.
It gave my mind a place to rest.
It reminded me that healing isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about remembering who you were before fear convinced you that you weren't enough.
That is the Reiki I practice.
